Dobrawa Czocher expands the sonic range of the cello, moving seamlessly between classical and contemporary music. Her great talent lies in combining flawless cello technique with boundless imagination and expressiveness.
Czocher grew up in a musical family and began playing the cello at the age of seven. She soon became inseparable from the instrument and decided to devote her life to music. She has won prizes at several solo and chamber music competitions and has taken part in numerous international masterclasses and music festivals.
Dobrawa’s motto is to never stop growing – a guiding principle she has once again lived up to in 2026: with her second solo album “State of Matter”, released on March 27, she presents her own compositions, creating a spherical soundscape that bridges classical virtuosity and modern sonic imagination.
At Between Mountains, she will perform as a duo with Natalia Kotarba (synth).
