Between Spaces, Boundaries & Mindfulness

Read here how we understand awareness and what it takes collectively to create a place where everyone can feel comfortable.

This year, the Between Mountains Festival will become a temporary home for our guests, artists and contributors. A home is a place where you feel comfortable.

We want everyone to feel that way here too.

We want people to come together through music, regardless of their background, gender, disability or religion.

Everyone – regardless of age – is welcome at the Between Mountains Festival.

This means that our festival sees itself as a space where everyone can express themselves. And when they feel safe, they have the opportunity to discover new things and break out of their comfort zone.

Those who express themselves want to be free, and they should be. But your freedom always ends where someone else's begins. Freedom therefore goes hand in hand with a certain degree of responsibility. This is especially true when interacting with other people and nature. That's why we have a few rules that everyone must follow: We respect boundaries, accept personal space, are sensitive and empathetic, learn from each other and look out for one another.

No means no. And only yes means yes.

If boundaries are crossed, if you feel harassed, discriminated against or simply uncomfortable, or if you witness such behaviour in others, we are here for you.

There is a permanently integrated awareness room in the production building on our premises.

You can find out exactly where to find us at the entrance, on every floor, at every bar and from anyone with a radio.

You can always talk to us.

We look forward to seeing you.
