general
We only offer payment in cash on the festival site.
There are cash machines in Pasewalk (10-15 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bike). However, we recommend that you make sure you have enough cash before arriving at the festival site.
Car tickets can also be paid for by card on site.
Please leave your dogs at home. Guide and therapy dogs are allowed on the festival grounds, but please keep them on a leash at all times.
On one of the tent pitches, dogs are not allowed. The farmer there owns flocks of sheep and free-roaming sheepdogs, which could cause problems. However, we will find a suitable campsite where people with guide and therapy dogs can feel completely at home.
We will provide you with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at our bars. You are allowed to bring your drinks onto the festival site, but please refrain from using glass bottles, which are a source of danger and which we have to dispose of at great expense. Our festival crews are partly financed by the proceeds from the bars.
On the Schlossplatz you will be provided with various vegetarian and vegan dishes at food stalls. There will be breakfast, coffee and cake as well as hot meals. To protect the environment, we have decided not to sell meat-based food on the Detect Classic Festival site.
The supply of drinking water on site is guaranteed. Drinking water points are signposted and marked.
We are eager to hear your opinion and look forward to feedback, constructive criticism and, of course, praise. Just send us an e-mail to: hello@detectclassicfestival.de

awareness, participation & security
The Detect Classic Festival aims to bring people together through music, regardless of their origin, gender, religion, disability or age.
If you experience any kind of boundary violation, harassment, discrimination or simply feel uncomfortable, or if you witness such behaviour towards others, our awareness team is there for you around the clock. They will listen, offer support if desired, and focus on making the space safer for those affected. Specifically, in cases of sexual assault or other forms of discrimination. In such cases, expulsion from the festival is also a possible consequence.
There is an awareness contact point on our premises in the form of a tent and an adjacent awareness garden. In addition, there is a quieter awareness room located indoors.
You can find our tent marked on the site map. You can also find out how to reach us on every floor, at every bar and from anyone with a radio. Please feel free to talk to us if you see any barriers or need assistance to move around the site safely.
You can recognise the mobile awareness team by their purple shirts (with AWARENESS lettering), orange bum bags and, at night, by their fairy lights.
