Held*innenwerkstatt- von der Figur ins Abenteuer (Heroes’ Workshop – From Character to Adventure) is an interactive theatre programme for children aged 3 and over. It combines interactive storytelling, participatory elements and experimental overhead projections.

At the heart of the play is a hero character who is developed together with the audience at each performance. This hero comes to life and sets off on a journey to the "Land of Lost Ideas". With the audience’s help, the character embarks on adventures and the children support them in overcoming various obstacles. Together, they overcome various challenges and champion a world in which children’s ideas are valued.
