Marie Kublik, born in Berlin and raised in the Uckermark, writes poetry, prose and scenic texts. She published her first collection of stories Die Hände meiner Mutter in 2023. As part of the reading collective serious case of Deformation, Marie is curating the readings at this year's detect festival and will be reading from her poetry cycle on Saturday, which deals with classism, origin, changing climatic conditions and her own self-image as a poet.
