Manuelo von Beruf experiments with vibrant forms of musical expression. The character of his sets is an alternation of romanticism and technophilia, Mediterranean sounds that have landed in the Gulf of Naples and sounds with no fixed abode.
Manuelo wants to tease the audience with different and contrasting feelings, merging his 13 years in Berlin with his Roman and Calabrian roots. He wants to theatricalize the sets with dances that alternate with moments of introspection. Each time a little different, the sounds nevertheless belong to a psychological structure that tries to develop an openness and a connection with joy and with a certain ancestral wildness.
