For French-American artist Jesse Steele, music has always been a way to navigate the world. Playing instruments from a young age, Jesse’s evolution from french horn to guitar, and ultimately to synthesizers and drum machines, tells the story of a creative constantly searching for new ways to express himself. Now based in Berlin, Jesse is deeply embedded in the city’s electronic heartbeat.
While he mixes music across the entire house genre, he currently finds his home in the nostalgic warmth of lo-fi house. His sets are a reflection of a deeply intercultural life; having lived in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK and France, it was his arrival in Germany in 2018 that fully unlocked his passion for electronic music.
Jesse is driven by a profound curiosity about the world and the people in it – a curiosity that shines through in his diverse and deeply emotive track selections.
