Sound as a journey, rhythm as a language – Heronymuz creates spaces where dancing and dreaming meet. His musical spectrum stretches from delicate vocals and shimmering melodies to playful rhythms and powerful bass landscapes. Rather than adhering to a specific genre, his sets are driven by atmosphere and rhythmic movement, embracing contrast and leaving room for interpretation.
For many years, Heronymuz has been part of the DJ collective [kɔlatəˈʁaːl] (kollateral), dedicated to creating what they call Deep Digging Sonic Journeys: immersive musical experiences that unfold as stories for both listening and dancing. Each journey follows its own theme—sometimes carefully developed, sometimes only gently suggested, but always leaving space for the imagination.
Together with Gül Umay, Heronymuz performs as Kelebek Chat Cosmique, creating emotionally charged, driving soundscapes that are danceable, occasionally experimental and always cosmic. Their selections weave together traditional Anatolian elements with contemporary electronic beats, building a bridge between past and present, and between cultures.
Heronymuz has performed at renowned electronic music venues, festivals and self-organised open-air gatherings, including Fusion Festival, Ancient Trance Festival, MenschMeier and Iç Içe Festival. His favourite places to play are those where the music opens hearts as much as dancefloors.
