Thanks to her older brother, Birne was exposed to electronic music from an early age, but it wasn’t until her early 20s that she started collecting records. With plenty of enthusiasm and drive, she managed to get behind the decks after moving to Leipzig. She started out with digital equipment, but now swears by analogue. Her taste is much like her technique: rather old-school.
With a record collection shaped by Chicago house and Detroit techno, refined with minimalist sounds, she always brings a groove to her sets. Her passion for music and dance runs so deep that Birne spends most of her time on the dance floor, where she dances the night away.
