The Berlin Minstrels are taken from medieval times and brought to the 21st century in Hasenheide Park. They are a nomadic character who wanders through parks, squares and spätis, entertaining passers-by and passing on the information they glean from other places. They do this by playing with lyrics, changing languages, rhythms, in the form of legends, poems, songs, theatre, and with a lot of passion: their aim is to entertain their audience with the gossip that goes on in the big city.
